We are currently seeking a Practice Manager to join our busy Pinhoe Dental Clinic based in Exeter. This clinic has 7 surgeries and treats both NHS and private patients, you will be managing a team of 27.

The main duties will include:

• Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
• An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans
• Build and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
• You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practice in the region/cross region and celebrate success within the practice

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

About You

Our ideal candidate will have experience in successfully leading, mentoring and developing teams, to meet and exceed targets. You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering "excellence", in all areas of the patient life cycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.
