Chase Medical are excited to be recruiting for an exciting management opportunity with a small GP Surgery located in Wigan. The small, friendly surgery is looking for a Practice Manager to join their welcoming team on a permanent basis. The salary is dependent on experience, however will be competitive and offer the opportunity of increasing your current income. This role is Part-time, ideally 30 hours per week.

The surgery team take pride in being caring to patients, and are well-led by their award-winning GPs, so they are looking for a likeminded Practice Manager to come in an contribute to their shared vision of being one of the North West’s leading GP Practices.

The surgery has a small patient list of 4000, and a small but well-functioning clinical team.

The surgery is GP owned and has branch sites in the local area too, so you will have a network of likeminded Practice Managers for peer support and opinions, you will also be supported by an overarching head office and HR team, who look after all of the sites and support the Practice Managers with any HR and back of house tasks.

To be considered for the post, we will expect you to hold the following:

- General Practice Management Experience

- Experience managing rotas

- Experience rolling out training and mentoring individuals

- Back of house duties: Finance, Payroll, Complaints, HR
