Job Description

With a strong focus on client service, we require a Practice Manager that is keen to genuinely help people and help ensure we maintain high levels of client service.   The role will involve the successful candidate having involvement with strategic decisions, team management, managing workflow, managing and onboarding clients and networking with our key suppliers.
 About Us:

All Accounted For is a Wellington-based business advisory practice, providing services to businesses within the Property, Trade, Hospitality, Contracting, Franchise, Not-For-Profit, and Education industries.

We are a young, variant team, that works hard, but knows how to have fun as well.  Examples of this include undertaking the quiz each morning, Friday drinks, regular team lunches, team outings/functions and even providing the team with regular massages.

We use modern online systems, specifically Xero, to deliver increased transparency, understanding, and control of business finances. This allows clients to make informed and timely decisions around driving their businesses forward.

About the Role:

The key tasks of the role includes:

  • Strategic planning;
  • Management of client relationships;
  • Management of business performance;
  • Management of invoicing process;
  • Management of the team and recruitment;
  • Management of the administration and marketing teams;
  • Management of the premises;
  • Management of supplier relationships;
  • Management of internal systems (CRM, etc); and
  • Oversight of policies, procedures and system enhancements.

We believe all businesses should be able to plan for the future with clarity, while using time-saving processes that we have developed. Ultimately, it’s satisfying for us to know that clients are utilising their financial resources to deliver the best outcomes.

The successful candidate must have the ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently under pressure. Ideally, you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Managing client relationships and information;
  • Managing teams and monitoring performance, ideally within a professional services firm setting;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent computing skills and experience;
  • An understanding of Xero would be beneficial but is not considered essential; and
  • Sound organisational skills are required together with the ability to prioritise, plan and delegate effectively (when necessary).

Benefits:

The role would involve the use of a laptop, phone and dedicated carpark.  We also provide free health insurance as one of our many benefits for our team members.

This role presents an opportunity for a dedicated person to become a significant part of this growing business, key member of our vibrant team and become the first port of call for several grateful clients
