What you'll be doing:

As a Practice Lead Manager, this will be a key role, being responsible for the team management and working closely with the Engineering Data Manager due to brand new projects that have kicked off for 2022 FY! 

  Within this role, you'll be running the day-to-day management as well as setting up the Jira & Confluence management and coordination, running the stand-ups and coordinating with projects for resource scheduling.

  You will also be involved in the practice and process development and continuous improvement and identifying areas for improvement and enhancements! 

  Tech environment: Wherescape Red, Microsoft SQL, Tableau Server

  What you'll need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a Senior Data Engineering role, maybe a 2IC previously to your manager or commercial experience leading, mentoring a small team
• Knowledge or understanding of Wherescape Red and Tableau
• Expertise across the Microsoft stack (Microsoft SQL) 
• Experience in developing a Data Strategy, and executing the strategy
• Exposure to Azure DevOps is an added advantage
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize work and function autonomously
• Experience working in n agile environment
