Job Description

We need someone super reliable based in the BOP  to support our Media Business. Hours will really vary but you will have regular weekend work and then weekdays as you can squeeze in. The forecast is around 4-5 weekdays a month on top of each weekend

On the weekends you will be required to head to our street Poster sites remove old posters and make the new installs look epic, it won't take long but you can feel super good supporting international and local brands to tell their story from our network. Then from time to time, you will be our go-to for all our local installs across our other media channels. You will need a reliable vehicle and all expenses will be reimbursed. Travel will include work in Western Bay of Plenty, Rotorua, Whakatane, and Taupo

Job requirements

• Ideal candidate needs to be energetic, reliable, and enjoy working with their hands.
• Reliable when dealing with instructions and documenting installs. 
• Quick learner and able to communicate well with Operations Manager and Production team  
• Ability to read and work from written instructions  
• Ability to document installations, through photographs and written logs 
• A valid full NZ Driver's License
• A working vehicle, ideally a station wagon, truck, or Ute,
• Requires maturity and problem-solving skillset to tackle Dairy owners
• Basic understanding of technology (phone/computer basics)

Job Responsibilities

• Liaising directly with dairy owners within our current network
• Installing street posters each weekend  
• Responsible for the installation and removal of advertisements/campaigns on the interior and exterior of Shouts path to purchase network.
• Installing Guerrilla Media on the street; pavement decals, chalk stencils, etc.
• Assisting with site maintenance when required, this will include cleaning and general maintenance
• Installing new frames on sites when required
• Responsible for taking completion photos for proof of posting of installation. 
• Keep an accurate report of all issues encountered while on the job
• Complete other duties as requested by Management from time to time
• Maintain tools, equipment, and other company materials.
• Ensure all sites are properly maintained in accordance with company standards. Report back if not.
• Suggesting new ideas for improvements of installs and processes
