You’ll work alongside journalists, content makers and technologists to generate, deliver and store BBC content to standards the rest of the creative industries aspire to.
Analyse source materials and content, working to specific technical standards to assess the quality and correct issues. You’ll often handle sensitive materials and work under tight deadlines to support the world’s biggest public service broadcaster.
Combine your technical skills with your creative eye, to carry out post production jobs including editing, audio mixing and colour grading.
You'll study for an L4 (HNC equivalent) apprenticeship qualification from London Southbank University and The Institute of Apprenticeships in Technical Education. You’ll complete specialist modules such as:

Don’t worry if you don’t have an extensive CV. You can share examples of your passion for post production from anywhere. That might be other work experience, your time in education or volunteering.

Work at the forefront of technical production, helping the BBC set the standard for content on TV, radio, online and other digital services. Study for your L4 Post Production Apprenticeship (HNC equivalent), while developing your creative skills in assessing, correcting, re-versioning and storing content across BBC formats.
