The Microsoft Stores team is hiring a Policy and Compliance Manager to develop and execute processes and programs that support our strategic and business priorities, ensure great customer and developer experiences, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements governing the Microsoft Store’s digital marketplace operations. In this role, you'll drive programs and processes and establish best practices that allow the Microsoft Store to thrive. You will partner closely with our legal, privacy, business, engineering, and operations teams to drive end to end solutions that achieve desired outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with policy and process development experience, and who possesses strong program management, cross-functional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
