 Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the custom cabinetry industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking a Plant Manager to join their Burlington team. The Role

 Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as a Production leader with key responsibilities including:

• Working manager in a millwright production environment
• Ensuring the smooth operation of daily production and monitoring quality control
• Scheduling work orders and setting up production runs on the ERP software
• Working with teams to ensure safety standards are followed
• Training new associates on various tasks in the production flow
• Working with other managers to co-broker the smooth operation of the plant
• Trouble shooting or problem solving any production issues
• Other duties as required

Requirements

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of the operations of a CNC Milling Service and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment. This opportunity has no minimum requirements in a plant manager role and is open to individuals who have been operating as shift supervisors or team leaders and are interested in developing into a Plant Manager.
