Based in Northshore, in a home-based environment, shifts are usually long hours in a 24/7 care team environment.

We are seeking 2 support workers who can assist our client in his clinical needs and routine on a daily basis. As a Complex care support worker, you will carry out day to day support such as assisting clients with personal cares, meal prep, exercise/stretches and some household task.

About You

• Experience with Spinal Cord Injury Care or Complex Care
• Experience with Bowel and Catheter Care
• Good Communication Skills
• Restricted/Full and clean driver’s license
• Flexibility to travel around Northshore
• Able to work night shifts and on weekend shifts
• Willingness to do stretches and/or exercise
