Job Description

We’re looking for three very organised and experienced Personal Assistants to provide support to our client who are a government agency that are passionate about making New Zealand the most liveable place in the world.

about the role

You will be providing support to one of their very busy Directors, reporting to the Team Leader, Executive Support, where your role will be closely integrated within the Executive Assistant's team.

This rewarding role offers plenty of variety and challenge, along with the chance to work with a diverse group of people.

about you

We’d love to hear from if you have strong personal assistant skills and can demonstrate the following:

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • fantastic relationship management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • proven ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure
  • proven ability to plan and coordinate activities
  • confident in prioritising conflicting priorities.
  • sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products
