Uniquely yours, this role will provide support to the CEO, administrative support to the wider leadership team and manage the smooth running of this conveniently located office in Sockburn.
Working in a professional office setting, this small team of 19 are passionate and focussed on the important part they play within the South Island agriculture sector. The business reports to a Board, a Trust and invested shareholders - and you will provide an important part to the success of their effectiveness.
In this role you would expect to spend 40% of your time managing Personal Assistant responsibilities to the CEO and 60% of your time managing the office.
There is a requirement to organise the Board meetings, Board paper collation on a monthly basis and arrange the logistics for the quarterly Trust meetings, but you will be essentially, supporting a very focussed CEO on a daily basis with email and diary management, providing creative input to monthly newsletters, maintaining the company website as required and all of the tasks associated with the smooth running of an office.
There are no accounts to pay or people to manage; as your role will ensure a smooth operation from facilities management, ensuring the fleet of vehicles are on point, arranging IT support, etc and an expectation you will contribute to the supportive work culture they are proud of.

Who Are We Looking For?
Someone experienced supporting an Executive Manager where the ability to manage your day, the confidence to communicate effectively to everyone from the Leadership Team, to shareholders, suppliers and stakeholders just goes with the role.
Someone who has the technial skill to work confidently with MS Word, Excel, MS Teams, etc with the knowledge of Sharepoint and ability to maintain their website a nice to have.
Importantly, the emotional intelligence to understand what drives behaviour, a well developed sense of empathy and a mindset where everyone's effort is required - one team working towards the same goal.
