About the team
You will be working in a small knit team, which will be based at the Rail Operations Centre in Alexandria. You will be working within a team that is very collaborative and fast paced.
The team manages to undertake research and analysis on a variety of business problems and processes to assist with determining the optimal solution to meet requirements, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
The opportunity
We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Strategy & Performance Analyst to come and join NSW Train Link. The role is for a customer focused team player who will bring with them a go get them attitude to solving day to day issues pertaining to rail networks servicing the regional and metropolitan network for NSWTL. The role is based on Hybrid working arrangements, with the office based in Alexandria.

About you
We are looking for someone who needs to operate at a fast pace in a dynamic environment. You will need to be hands on with your stakeholder management skills and focussed on delivering as projects under given timeline.
The successful applicate will be a key valued member of the NSWTL team adding immense value within team, who is driven by maintain Data pipeline (in relation to NSWTLs performance) You will need to be hands on with your Power BI tools, incl all of DOMO, Tableau dashboards.
You will demonstrate a high level of communication and time management skills, ability to produce reports with attention to detail, and also be able to work autonomously in a high paced environment.

Salary and benefits
The salary for this position is RC5 ($106,653 - $123,022) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
