In this role, you can expect to                                                                    

  • Work autonomously in dealing with tickets as they arise and providing a high level of customer support throughout.
  • Work closely with your agile squad to highlight issues and mitigations that could be applied to improve an application.
  • Liaise with internal customers from all levels of the business, ensuring they are kept informed throughout the support process.
  • Follow our agile way of working by attending stand-up’s, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Develop your skills and expertise in web solutions engineering by delivering development tasks and utilising training resources.

 

You should apply if                                                                                    

  • You have a passion for tech and want to learn new things.
  • You can communicate effectively with internal customers of all levels.
  • You have previous experience working in a support or development capacity with technology (from education, personal projects or career) - experience in T-SQL will be particularly useful (although full training will be provided)
  • You want to forge a career in a technical I.T. role
  • You love to support people and ensure they have the best possible experience.
