About you
An experienced, customer centric ICT leader with a thorough knowlesfe of Enterprise Release and Infrastructure Management and ITIL Service Management, you demonstrate expertise in ongoing management of governance and assurance functions for a very large infrstructure/application portfolio.

•An engaging and collaborative people leader,experienced in developing, mentoring, and inspiring staff to deliver on outcomes.
•An excellent communicator with the ability translate technical concepts into plain English, acting as a bridge between the business and technical IT teams.
•A natural in establishing strong stakeholder relationships, developing trust and influencing with integrity.
•Resilient, tenacious and thrive in a complex and dynamic environment.
Key R & Rs – “The Role Willâ€
•Actively works with both IT and business stakeholders to ensure that all projects registered for delivery in a release are tracking to target delivery dates, and ensures any issues affecting delivery or stakeholder signoff are addressed in a timely manner.
•Upholds and promotes the Enterprise Release Management governance and gating processes.
•Manages the planning, packaging, building, testing and deployment of Enterprise Releases for TfNSW.
•Reviews release packages submitted by project managers, BAU Leads and Service Owners and assesses them against specific criteria for inclusion in enterprise release scope.
•Chairs the TfNSW Enterprise Release Board meetings and ensures that the minutes are appropriately documented, distributed and stored, with actions addressed in accordance with these minutes.
•Provides timely reminders and guidance to project managers, release managers and BAU leads to assist them with necessary inputs relating to representation of their releases/changes at required Release Management and Change Management forums.
•Works with Portfolio Release Managers, project managers and BAU leads to lock in deployment windows on the IT FVC and subsequent raising, management and tracking of release registrations within the Service Management toolset.
