Reporting to the State Manager, your role will:
- Assist the Recruitment Consultants in recruitment sourcing and screening activities and all associated administrative duties of our casual workforce comprising of Disability and Youth workers
- Completing and updating candidate details in administration systems
- Setting up and supporting the delivery of in-house training sessions
You must be highly efficient, a fast learner, confident with face to face, telephone and email communications and approach every interaction as an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment position or experience in either Communities, Healthcare or Recruitment sector is highly desirable
- High Attention to detail
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Strong belief in great customer service/experiences
- Confident and clear communicator
- Proficient with Microsoft software and databases
