About the role

Our client is looking for an Occupational Therapist Team Leader for their hospital based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. 
  
Key responsibilities include: 

• Provide evidence-based interventions including upper limb therapy, cognitive retraining, and home modifications
• Assess and treat a varied caseload of acute conditions within a hospital outpatient environment
• Provide leadership to a team of Occupational Therapists
• Work within a multi-disciplinary clinical team
• Complete timely and accurate documentation

To be successful in the role you will have: 

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
• Current general AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated experience in acute rehabilitation
• National police clearance (12 months)
• Australian working rights
• Evidence of mandatory Covid vaccinations

Benefits:

• Competitive remuneration on offer between $52 per hour and $58 per hour plus super depending on experience
• Permanent part-time 0.6 – 0.8 FTE
