You’ll become a certified adviser who uses specialist Mortgage and regulatory knowledge to help our customers with their Mortgage and Protection needs.  With several vacancies across the West and East Midlands initially you’ll be based in one of our Midlands branches; Sutton Coldfield, Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, derby, Nottingham, Loughborough or Lincoln but once you're fully competent (typically between 6 – 12 months) you could also enjoy a hybrid role - split between home and branch, so you’ll have a great work/life balance.

What we’re looking for...

• CeMAP (Certification in Mortgage Advice and Practice) to Level 3.
• Passionate colleagues that deliver an excellent customer experience alongside expert advice.
• Attention to detail, ensuring all regulatory and service standards are followed and that customer needs are dealt with compliantly.
• Proactive in engaging with colleagues in your team and local area, working collaboratively to resolve customer problems and identify new opportunities.

About the Role

As a certified colleague your details will be published on the FCA’s Financial Services Register

Due to the nature of the role candidates will be subject to enhanced levels of vetting and annual recertification.

Working patterns for these roles will be discussed during the recruitment process, we value your flexibility and will do our best to facilitate working hours that are suitable to you, whilst meeting the needs of our customers. This will include some evening and weekend working.
