Job Description

Purpose of the role:

To identify business learning & development solutions through collaborating with key stakeholders, making sure the L&D Programme Manager has any relevant information before creating programmes. To design when needed, deliver, follow up and evaluate all bespoke, regional, departmental& national learning & development initiatives.  

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with key stakeholders to identify learning solutions and make sure learning interventions are delivered to a high standard with appropriate outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a level of positive influence, expertise, challenge & questioning to find the solutions when deciding on L&D requirements with Regional/Departmental teams.
  • Maintain high balanced visibility across the business to understand the impact of any solution delivered, constantly seeking feedback and driving learning & development forward.
  • Deliver agreed business and bespoke capability development solutions as directed by the Learning & Development Manager, with an appropriately blended delivery method.
  • Deliver agreed talent programmes for high-potential colleagues, as directed by the Learning & Development Manager with an appropriately blended delivery method.
  • Provide the necessary specialist support across the business, feedback & delivery of Regional/Departmental& National programmes.
  • Consult and work collaboratively with the Learning & Development Programme Manager and Digital Learning Design Manager to provide a quality learning solution.
