About the Role
The Head of Restaurants Business Development will be the lead role in:
As a part of our executive team in our directorate the role will interpret and contribute to the overall restaurants 5 year plan and align their own goals to support this as well as being accountable to be the main communication with the marketing functions to ensure our B2C strategy and outputs align to our B2B activities and vice versa.
You will define our partnership strategies for who is important, volume vs prestige and overall contribution targets to our revenues. The role will also oversee our reservations department to be able to manage an end to end solution and availability of their initiatives but also ensure we are developing a sales lead work force that are driven and committed to our goals.

About You
We are looking for someone who has strategic vision. You will be able Be able to take our restaurants vision to develop a Business Development strategy around 3rd parties, partnerships and reservations that clearly outlines our goals and how we achieve them. Working with a range of internal stakeholders, from marketing to insights, you will have excellent communication skills to drive our B2B strategy in line with B2C.
You’ll have a wide network of connections within the industry, enabling you to develop strategies to increase Private Hire and Group Reservations, as well as develop new partnerships. Although you’ll be strategically minded, you’ll also have a great operational background, and be able to bridge the gap between Marketing, business development and the restaurants teams ensuring a high level of communication and smooth process management.
Naturally you’ll be very commercially driven, analysing reports in relation to partnerships, interpreting budgets and tracking the goals of the division, understanding the commercial set up of the strategy and interpreting budgets over a 12-18 month view.
