The Role

The role represents a unique opportunity to work within the agricultural sector looking after our own brand ranges sourced through our supplier partners.

You will be part of a large cross functional team, so you'll have a strong team work ethic and enjoy developing working relationships. This role provides many opportunities to further develop both your technical buying and behavioural capabilities as it will give you lots of exposure within the business and with our key suppliers.

About You

• Have a proven track record in a similar retail Buyer/ Buying Manager role
• This is a high profile role, so the ability to work well cross functionally and communicate confidently at all levels is essential
• Have a track record of managing & influencing a diverse supplier base and be experienced in negotiating
• As well as being results focussed with strong commercial skills, experience in the delivery of a full P&L and trading strategy is a must
• Passionate about product and doing the right thing for our customers, ensuring quality & the best price
