About you -   

• You'll be an experienced Business Analyst with deep understanding of project management and change management
• Experience in customer journey mapping
• Strong working knowledge of analytical tools along with facilitation
• Experience using Blueworks or Visio
• Ideally you'll come from a Retail or Shared Service background
