About Us

The main focus on this role is to manage the Partnerships, CRM and HR requests from brief to delivery. Support the Project Manager in assigning designer/writer and editorial resources accordingly and ensure all designers and copywriters are aware of, and work to, their daily individual project schedules. Ensure assets are stored and shared in a timely manner to the Digital Asset Management portal and that they are the correct and up-to-date latest versions of assets.

About You

We are looking for an individual with strong organisational skills that displays strong integrity and enthusiasm to multitask. Excellent time-management skills, and flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities. Thrives in a fast paced environment and can stay calm in all situations.

Working closely with multiple business departments, you will liaise between Creative Content and the wider business units to deliver projects on time by managing expectations, through open communication with the relevant designer and writer ensuring that the objectives of briefs are met within the Harrods Brand Guidelines.
