The roles

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager your primary objective will be to ensure bookings are entered accurately, efficiently and in a way that displays you are here to help.

Other examples of duties you’re likely to do:

• Providing customers guidance 
• Entering other media bookings, e.g. email, SMS
• Proactively ensure the information we have is correct and up to date.

 About You

You’re awesome!  You like to help others, have excellent communication skills and are meticulous when it comes to details.  You have a strong work ethic, are a quick thinker and learn new systems with ease.

This is an entry level position, so we’re looking for people with a can-do attitude who are interested in providing excellent customer service.  If you do have contact centre experience or transferrable customer service skills - all the better!
