Join a small cohesive team who operate with a flat hierarchy and lay emphasis on staff well-being and encourage self-care. There is support and encouragement for further training; as well as a model of care that includes a focus on reducing stress at the workplace and extending the longevity of team members. You will be working 8 to 10 sessions per week with no on-call requirements.

The region's population is around 12,000 giving you access to all the necessities and all only a two-and-half hour drive (45 minute scenic flight) to the capital city, Wellington. With educational and sporting facilities for all ages and stunning wilderness areas to explore including great access to the coast, beach walks, shopping, various museums and the Tararua ranges – there is plenty to see and do.
