Requirements
The key responsibilities include:
Coach and mentor leaders and peers on effective People Operations practices
Support / advise peers and leaders as required across IR /ER matters
Build your international brand via leading key projects (DE&I, HRIS integration or L&D initiatives)
Awards compliance & annual / quarterly overview
Payroll liaison re monthly pay sign off, pay rules, system changes, award changes
Own and business partner with an important core business unit, including guidance on TA processes
Drive local employee engagement initiatives
Providing HR policy guidance
Manage key employee processes, including compensation and performance reviews, calibration and succession planning
What you bring
Degree qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
8+ years’ relevant experience in Human Resources
Proven track in blue and white collar ER / IR environments
Strong business partnering skills in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
Strong project and change management experience
A balanced leadership and communication style
Strong bias towards delivering results
