People Analytics is a diverse team focused on using data to help Inland Revenue better understand its people and inform operational and strategic decision making. We are a team of data scientists, psychologists, researchers and people data enthusiasts. Due to an internal development opportunity, we are looking for an experienced insights professional to lead the delivery and evolution of IR's People Experience through the Active Listening programme until June 2023.
Active Listening is when we interrupt someone's day to understand more about their experience. This could be at a particular 'moment that matters' such as joining or leaving the organisation, or as part of our regular PX Pulse.
Your role will be to manage the ongoing delivery of the PX Pulse, partner with the business to help gather data and insight through active listening approaches and evolve our moments that matter pulse points.
