Working as part of the People Development team, to deliver the corporate Learning & Development Strategy through delivery of corporate training solutions across the company. Ensuring consistency and a high standard of programmes to support a blended learning offer, that sets our people up for success.

Evaluating current development offer
Creating Innovative learning solutions
Designing learning content both digital and face to face 
Facilitating training 
Stakeholder Engagement

What you’ll need to succeed

LMS design experience
Experienced facilitator 
Collaborative approach 
Project management 
Leadership & Coaching experience 
Psychometric accreditation desirable
