About the role
Reporting to the CEO, this role will play an instrumental part in executing the organisation's people strategy. Working together with the ELT, the HR Manager will develop capability across various departments through L&D initiatives that upskill and motivate their employees, develop quality processes around recruitment and retention as well as provide support with high-level HR such as Performance Management, Employee Relations and Workforce and Succession Planning.

To be successful in this role, you will have gained experience supporting leaders in a customer-centric environment. You have a strong work-ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various individuals that operate at different levels. You are not afraid to collaborate ideas and make positive changes to achieve outcomes.
