As a People & Culture (HR) Administrator you will provide administrative support to the wider People and Culture (HR) function for the retail side of the business. This will include ensuring the efficient and timely resolution to all administrative matters relating to recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, employee relations, reasonable adjustments and general operations.
You’ll also promote People and Culture activities in accordance with company policy, procedures and legislation such as GDPR.
To be considered for the role previous administration experience is required as well as proven Microsoft Excel experience, the ability to adapt quickly and multi-task successfully. You will be working at a fast pace with a high volume of tasks so a good eye for detail is key. Proactive by nature you will find resolutions for any issues that arise so disruption to your day is minimal.
