• Establishes key performance targets for team members

• Sets development goals and objectives with team members

• Provides coaching and advice to support team members

• Develops and grows the HRBP capability within the HRBP team

• Enables partnering and mentoring with the HRBP team to continue to grow the capability

• Provides direction and manages operational human resource management and direction through contemporary policies, process and guidelines

• Provides clear guidance to the team on all human resource analytics, professional and technical matters
