Robert Half is currently seeking a Payroll Manager to join our growing clients team. This is a full time permanent position that offers remote work, comprehensive benefits, great vacation and more! As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and processing multiple payrolls on an international scale;

• Manage and process Canadian, US, South America and European payroll
• Bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing for over 110 employees
• Process and manage bonus calculations and commission calculations
• Maintain HRIS; new hires, terminations, updates etc.
• Review monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings for payroll
• Lead annual process issuing W2's and T4s
• Audit payroll processes to ensure data integrity 
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
• Review monthly and quarterly payroll journal entries and prepare payroll reconciliations

Requirements

• 5+ year's experience processing full cycle payroll
• Experience in US and Canadian payroll
• International payroll highly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certification in Payroll is high preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills and time management skills
