Payroll Specialists seeking a challenging position with an industry leader and a strong career growth opportunity, might be interested in exploring this role. Robert Half is currently staffing for a Payroll Analyst position for one of their clients. The ability to communicate effectively in English and French is crucial to this role. Youi will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing Collective Agreements, payroll data , reporting and processing payments. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Winnipeg, Manitoba area.

• Report writing
• Building and maintaining a variety of data feed files or payout calculations
• Special request or projects when needed

Requirements

- English/French Bilingual

-Competent with spreadsheets and databases

- 1+ years of experience in an payroll role preferred

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including Macros, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table

- Automated Payroll experience

- Experience with Ad Hoc Analysis

- Adeptness in Analytical Skills

- Time management skills

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Canadian Payroll experience desired

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
