Robert Half is partnered with a leading technology firm who is looking to hire a Payroll Analyst to their team. As the Payroll Analyst, you will be working a technology forward thinking team;

• Manage and process Canada, US and international payroll
• Processing bi weekly, semi monthly and monthly payroll for over 150 employees
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure employee data is correct and maintain HRIS
• Manage payroll accounting functions; journal entries, accruals and reconciliations
• Audit payroll processes to ensure data integrity
• Review and recommend improvements to existing payroll procedures

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full cycle payroll experience; US and Canadian Payroll experience required
• Knowledge of international payroll
• Strong MS Excel skills; knowledge of VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focused
• Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
• Strong ability to work independently and with remote teams
