Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator! The ideal Payroll Administrator can process payroll reports, identify errors, and is proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. The Payroll Administrator will report directly to a Payroll manager. The Payroll Administrator is required to work Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, if you possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, this may be the right job for you. This position is an opportunity for career growth on a dedicated and passionate team. 

How you will make an impact 

 

  •  Execute relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to circulate amongst department heads 
  •  Manage and review, including verify, source documents 
  •  Collect, calculate, and enter relevant data to maintain payroll records 
  • Reconciling of employee deductions and other liabilities 
  • Manage payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information 
  • Draft reports by organizing all summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages

Requirements

  • Proven analytical skills - defining problems, collecting relevant data, drawing valid conclusions, and recommending improvement/corrective actions 
  •  Well-informed in basic accounting principles and solid financial acumen 
  •  Proven knowledge of payroll taxes 
  •  Comprehensive knowledge of benefits payroll
  •  1+ years of Payroll experience 
  •   Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel 
  •  Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
