Our suburban client is looking to hire a Payroll Administrator for their large highly matrixed organization. This Payroll Administrator position is unique in that it is truly administrative in nature. The Payroll Administrator will serve as back up for processing payroll, but will not be processing payroll as part of cored duties. Core responsibilities will be handling employee queries, enrollments, ROE's and providing support to Payroll Specialist for what is a very large employee and constant shifting employee group.
The ideal Payroll Administrator will be someone who has experience working a large payroll (800+ employees) and is comfortable in a very fast paced environment with lots of moving parts. You have experience working with a full cycle payroll and strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables and v-lookups).
