Your new company

This ANZ business are looking for two Payroll Administrators to join the team on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent.

Your new role

Reporting into the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for working in a team environment using SAP to process and end to end payroll. Duties will include:

  • Collecting, calculating and entering payroll data
  • Investigating and resolving any payroll discrepancies
  • Administration and distribution of payslips
  • Payroll reporting
  • Recovery of any overpayments when required
  • Maintaining employee records

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this role you will ideally fit the following criteria:

  • Solid experience in end-end payroll processing
  • Experience using payroll systems i.e. SAP
  • High attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Understanding and ability to treat information with strict confidentiality
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
