Join Mettle as a Payments Operations Manager
You will support Mettle and our customers by managing our Digital Payments Operations team.
You will be leading a team of Payment Operations Analysts who are supporting FPS, BACS and Cards customer journeys and ensuring that Mettle delivers a great customer experience while complying to Payments Scheme requirements.

We’re looking for someone with good people management skills, with the ability to successfully engage and motivate teams to success. Alongside this, you’ll have an understanding of people processes and policies.
You’ll also have previous experience of Payments Operations, in a leadership role, with knowledge of best in class practices and processes.
