The Role:
A newly-created key role supporting our Patient Administration Manager, you’ll provide leadership to the Hospital Registration team, Admissions Desk, WEC Clerical team, Reception and Switch teams and Patient Services Customer Service Teams, ensuring that patient’s, VMP’s, visitors and other customers receive effective, efficient and timely administrative services.
You will also ensure the effective maintenance and compliance of contractual requirements are met for UCH Revenue Contracts, Private Health Insurers, Medicare Australia rules as well as other internal policies and procedures.
You’ll demonstrate
While not essential, knowledge of contractual agreements and documentation regarding Private Health Funds is highly desirable.
