We are hiring a Partners  & Business development sales manager
 

With us you will:

 

  • Deliver revenue and TCV Partners target and business development TCV target made with other service providers
  • Increase Vodafone Automotive External Partners revenue within all sales channels in the countries where the partner is active.
  • Together with the Partners develop and acquire new customers, explore new business areas, organize sales, promotions & marketing campaigns to support sales growth.
  • Develop new business opportunities with Service providers (for telematics hardware) and evaluate potential new partners in new regions. 
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline toward targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
  • Sales plans & budgets: monitor the ongoing business and potential business and gauge related financial effect
  • Intensively cooperate with Vodafone Automotive departments in order to achieve complete customers satisfaction: Commercial, product management, supply chain, quality.
  • Collaborate with Vodafone IoT and VGE Regions to ensure successful implementation of our products.

 

 

Apply if you have:

 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the same function in automotive branch 
  • Automotive Electronics and Telematics services knowledge
  • English mandatory. Other languages will be a plus
  • Communication and negotiation skills - Able to communicate fluently at all levels of management within the organization, department and customers
  • Strong customer facing experience, introducing new concepts into existing customers, and closing opportunities
  • Demonstrable ability to think strategically, defining new approaches to drive uptake of services in market
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross functional teams to deliver multidimensional projects
  • A clear understanding of working in large multinational matrix organisations,
  • Understanding of technical issues and specifications related to product
  • Proactive, time manager in his/her own job, positive thinking
  • Availability to travel 30% of time

 

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

 

  • Degree qualified
  • Experience in Automotive 
  • Multiple languages preferred
  • IT knowledge: Windows, MS Office, 1SFSalesForce
