Job Description

As a Partnered Delivery Manager, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a range of injury prevention programmes and initiatives in line with the injury prevention strategy. You will work with multiple teams and subject matter experts across ACC, government agencies and partners to deliver injury prevention outcomes at a programme and system level.

The portfolio has existing partnerships and is well placed to leverage the increasing appetite from multiple, government, private, NGO and community stakeholders to collaborate and improve the wellbeing of kiwi's by scaling our investments for greater impact. The role requires a strong leader, with the confidence, energy, skill, and commercial experience to build relationships into assets that generate mutual benefit, deliver agreed outcome and maintain the high level of team engagement.

What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience in leading large complex programmes of work.
  • Ability to build and lead a highly engaged team that is adaptable, proactive, and collaborative with a focus on people driven leadership to grow and develop.
  • Passion for performance and excellence with integrity, with an emphasis on innovation and stepping outside comfort zones to lead into new spaces.
  • Excellent conceptual thinking and the ability to take a long-term strategic view, while maintaining a focus on delivery.
  • Taking accountability for the whole programme of work, set clear expectations, and having the operational discipline to help the team deliver.

Key success factors

You will have a deep understanding of and ability to work in complexity, very strong commercial acumen and considerably experience building and managing complex and diverse relationships A priority for this role is the ability to drive performance and a programme level and effectively, sustainably and equitably embed programmes within related systems.
