- Build partner; capacity Ensure every PTS-assigned MPL partner has, technical strategy in place
- Empower frictionless orchestration across teams. Enable and meet targets and growth expectations of your region, including partner certifications and EPP expectations. Enable and land Partner Advanced Specializations in your region
- Drive Business impact and Revenue, Consumption and Usage through Marketplace, P2P, Inside Sales or Segments​
- Provide Technical leadership and act as a Partner Technology Advisor (Partner CTO).
- Guide partners through cloud transformation with a Technical Sales Challenger mindset.
- Optimize solution portfolio to achieve Microsoft and partner goals.
- Drive Technical sales and business impact aligned with Microsoft and partner goals.
Responsibilities
- Region Launches # solutions, services, and practices targeted for development per partner strategy.
- Ensure for every PTS-assigned managed partner, there is a quality reviewed Technical Development Plan (TDP)
- Demonstrate active and vocal leadership with Area OCP LT, EOU LT and in ROB, and WW business reviews
- Regular cadence with # key strategic partners in region
- Partner Skills - # of Fundamental Certifications + Role Based Certifications achieved
- Drive penetration of cross-solution area strategic workloads into # of Partner solutions.
- Meet/Exceed EPP Expectations
- Drive successful landing of strategic initiatives to meet/exceed regional goals
- Contribute to FY21 RBI quota
