The Partner account team own the commercial relationship with our Partners and are responsible for delivering the annual P&L goals and associated KPI targets.

As a Partner Account Manager you will be responsible for managing the relationship with a select portfolio of Northwest based accounts within our B2B2C function. You will be responsible for all aspects of account development both selling existing products as well as developing opportunities.

How will I add value in this role:

  • Responsible for the commercial relationship between TTWS and your Partners.
  • Foster and build partnerships within Key Stakeholders in each of your accounts
  • Retain & build existing and new revenue streams, whilst exceeding your allocated sales targets and achieving allocated KPI measures.
  • Deliver accurate weekly commitment forecasting based on partner opportunity for rolling 90 day period
  • Building effective internal relationships with colleagues
  • Supports Account directors with Tier 1 accounts

Must have:

  • Channel Management or Partner Account Management field sales experience in Telecommunications sector.
  • The ability to establish and build effective and strategic long term relationships, think creatively and demonstrate considerable commercial awareness.
  • High Level of written, oral, presentation and communication skills with demonstrable ability to negotiate.

Be great to also have:

  • Has the type of personality to deal with a wide spectrum of people both internally and externally, from assistants and engineers, through to Senior Management/C level.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, contributing, leading and challenging as well as the ability to work autonomously and under own motivation.
