Do you have 3+ years experience working in the field of catering or B2B sales?
Then you are the person we are looking for!

Our Partner Managers are crucial for the success of EatFirst's marketplace as they address our customer demand with a strong and well-converting offering. We are looking for an ambitious Partner Manager with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and tremendous motivation to join our team ASAP.

Do you have the technical skills and professional experience to managing our partner base for the UK business? Our partner restaurants and caterers are the biggest asset we have and play a critical role in the success of our business model.

The job location is in our London office, but remote arrangements can be made.

 

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define partner management strategy for the UK
  • Scout and onboard new suppliers in new growth markets and for our new services (mostly Oh My Lunch). Onboarding includes researching and approaching the best suppliers, pitching EatFirst and demonstrating our value to the potential suppliers, conducting commercial negotiations, and onboarding them successfully to the platform.
  • You will be meeting and primarily negotiating with business owners and operators
  • Coordinate with ops and sales for prioritisation of acquisition strategy
  • Manage the relationship with all partners and develop trust with key stakeholders within the portfolio
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for internal reporting

About you:

  • Passionate about food and the industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or B2B sales
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build excellent relationships with partners and the ability to hold partners and stakeholders accountable
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, events, and priorities effectively
  • You’re a team player
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of the catering industry and catering operations is a plus

You will be fully empowered and autonomous from day one while being coached and supported by our EU Operations Manager.
