We are looking for a part time team member who understands administration and understands Customer Service and Sales and people. It’s a hands-on position
Answering Incoming telephone calls
Meet and greet walk-in customers
Website- e-commerce -social media involvement .
Collation of Sales orders and entering of purchases invoices into MYOB
Ordering of courier tickets and packing suppliers
Offering support to the sales team, accounts & warehouse team.
You will support our account managers dealing ,managing, and producing orders, managing our warehouse, and ensuring deliveries and bulk send-outs of merchandise are sent out and received by our clients within given time frames. Liaising with suppliers and branders.
Helping the team to keep a clean functional working environment.
Key attributes for the position –
Highly organized -Attention to detail is important.
Honest reliable hardworking punctual
Good telephone and office manner
Good computing skills -word, excel, MYOB
Hands-on position -Team player.
Able to lift parcels.
Experience working in an inwards/outwards good/production management/warehouse experience would be good.
Uniform and promotional experience would be an advantage but not essential. The ability to learn and adapt quickly is most important including accuracy in your work
Proposed working hours 9am -3pm
Free parking- convenient to Gyms and cafes, etc
