Responsibilities: A Working cleaner Supervisor will be required to:

Working as the supervisor of the cleaning team, perform cleaning tasks such as cleaning general areas, removing rubbish, wiping, vacuuming carpets, cleaning toilets and restocking consumables. This list is not exhaustive, and duties will be assigned by the SDM, CM or client. 

1. Ensuring that all staff behave in a suitable manner whilst on duty
2. Ensure that all relevant PPE is in place and safety-first culture is maintained
3. Ensure that all standards of work are met as the team proceeds through the shift Operation
4. Be the 1st line of responsibility for the out put and behaviours of the operation team to which they are assigned
5. Take lead of cleaning and ensure all tasks on schedule are completed
6. Ensure that the team complete any assigned reactive jobs to standard
7. Ensure that the team are using the correct methods and equipment where necessary
8. Ensuring that all facilities are properly stocked with consumables
9. Ensuring the building is cleaned and maintained to the standards required by our customers
10. Empty the bins within your allocated work area as per the agreed schedule
11. Ensure that your area of operations is kept clean and tidy, as stated in cleaning scheduling
12. Follow cleaning schedule and ensure all areas stated are maintain to a high level (such as washrooms, meeting rooms, common area etc.)
13. Complete any reactive jobs that are assigned to you

Any other duty as deemed suitable and necessary by the line manager or client

The following skills are also essential:

1)    Must be experienced in cleaning operations

2)    Must be able to demonstrate clear leadership abilities

3)    Ability to work accurately and efficiently, and take responsibility for the team’s output / standards

4)    Must be flexible and able to work as part of a team

5)    Committed to delivering a high level of customer service in all dealings with internal and external customers.

6)    Must display high professional standards.

7)    Have good standards of written and oral English / would be beneficial if has knowledge in speaking Spanish
