About the Role:Join the crews working on a variety of projects with a 60:40 split between residential and commercial sites.

You will be working between site in Christchurch including; office fit outs, home renovations, and a few new builds. You will be required to prep, paint and decorate; with patchwork and defect work included in the work scope.

The successful candidate will be open to working across all types of paint jobs, and be willing to help out on any task necessary.

Brush-hands: $20.00 - $24.00 Wages $25.00 - $30.00 ContractingPainters: $23.00 - $30.00 Wages $29.00 - $37.00 Contracting

Role Responsibilities and Duties:

• Preparation quality and understanding finishing grades
• Paint product knowledge for substrates but not limited
• Great brushwork and detailing
• Erect Scaffolding Under Five Meters High
• Work with others in a team environment
• Working at heights and off scaffolding

Role Requirements:

• Valid Site Safe passport advantageous
• Brush-hands ideally need 2 years experience and own tools
• Great roller work and finishing understanding necessary
• Have own hand Tools (scrapper, Dust brushes and quality paint brushes)
• Larger tools, Paint products, spray Machines, cleaning agents supplied by client
• Can work well with others and work efficiently
