Our business and clients are focused on paid marketing strategy and implementation, primarily across social media and display channels.
We’re a close team based in London with big brand and agency experience. As we’re scaling, we’re excited to be looking for a new addition to our team!

The role:
You’ll be working directly with the two co-founders of the agency and managing an Account Executive. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and nurturing our client relationships and accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for clients and building a great relationship
- Outlining the strategy for dedicated accounts
- Ensuring campaigns are hitting expected goals and working with the AE to ensure all optimisations are carried out regularly
- Leading weekly calls with clients
- Confident in running and QAing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google, and Spotify.
- Preparing and presenting post-campaign reports and decks
- Identifying new opportunities and approaches for client strategy
- Supporting the leadership team in new business pitches
- Managing our Account Executive and being responsible for their development and growth
- Owning the relationship with platform reps and keeping up to date with the latest industry developments
About you
- 4+ years Account Management experience
- Experience working on national/global brands' social and display strategy and implementation
- Proactive and ambitious
- Proven experience in managing Account Executives and/or Campaign Managers
- Comfortable managing and owning client relationships, proven experience running ~5 accounts.
- Have the capacity to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and balance priorities
- Have a strong work ethic and take pride in your output
- Confident in budget management and allocation (six/seven figure accounts)
- Meets and exceeds revenue targets
- A passion for innovation and business strategy
- Open to a flexible way of working and not be afraid of a start-up mentality
- Ability to work independently and problem solve/troubleshoot
- Proficient using Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides
- Experience running campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Search + Display
