Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge?

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can work 1:1 with a patient in their own home?

We are looking for an experienced, committed, team of nurses to support our service user with her complex care needs.

Our service user is a happy young girl who lives in Stockport with her family.

She has a rare and complex genetic condition, requiring the 1:1 support of an experienced Nurse to manage her care.

She enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in sensory based activities.

She is unable to communicate verbally and will use different sounds to indicate her mood. Therefore, it is important that you can understand and interpret her wants and needs effectively.

Our ideal applicant will hold a valid NMC Pin, be able to evidence hands on clinical care and be experienced in either children's or adult's nursing.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience of working with children.

This is a fantastic role that will enable you to make a positive impact using your valuable skills and experience. You will also gain job satisfaction from the positive effects of your hands-on care.

The essential experience we are looking for is;

Ventilation Management

Oxygen Monitoring

Suctioning

Gastrostomy Care

Moving and Handling

Medication Administration

Shifts Available

Part Time

Days - 7.30am - 7.30pm
