We are a small established accountancy firm in Lower Hutt, near the Hutt Hospital. We offer a range of accountancy support to a range of small to medium businesses. Each client is unique and we aim to ensure their work is completed on time, to a great standard and to also assist them in any way we can.
We have a small team of staff and so communication between all of us is essential.
Position Available
You will need to have previous PA/receptionist and administration experience.
You will need to perform general office duties such as greeting clients, answering the phone, arranging meetings, debt collection, collecting and sorting the mail, ordering stationery, preparing letters out to the clients, assisting in other staff and the director plus updating our website.
For us to maintain deadlines we also need you to: manage the flow of work in for the staff including sending annual letters and other periodic letters.Its essential you are able to work methodically and have a good attention to detail.
You will also be responsible for preparing GST letter, final copies of tax returns, financial statements and minutes to send to clients.
This role also requires operating software for our Anti Money Laundering work. You will need to have a police check approval prior to starting.
