Your responsibilities in this role

- Receive and place telephone calls

- Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Assist clients with their order management from start to finish

- Partner with the sales representatives in the sale process after sale

- Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

Requirements

- Strong customer service and office administrative skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Creative Problem Solving experience

- Strong familiarity with MRP System

- HVAC experience would be considered an asset

- Experience with order entry

- Expertise in enterprise resource planning

- Demonstrated knowledge of Purchase Orders

- Adeptness in Order Fulfillment

- Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

- 3+ years of past relevant experience

- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

- Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

- Excellent computer skills

- Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
